DRAMA AT MCA's WEDDING AS WOMAN STORMS FUNCTION IN FRONT OF KALONZO

Guests who included Machakos governor Alfred Mutua and Kalonzo Musyoka were treated to drama during the wedding of Ikombe MCA Nathaniel Nganga at Makutano Primary School. Before the start of the wedding, a woman allegedly emerged claiming that she had a child with Nganga which he has neglected. It took the intervention of hired goons led by one Darius Ivongo, Katangi ward rep Felix Ngui to evict the lady. Two other ladies also claimed Nganga had cheated on them, each alleging to have had a relationship with promise of being married.
Before the wedding, Nganga and Ngui allegedly held separate meetings with each of the three ladies to convince them to allow the wedding to go on with a promise that since he is a deputy speaker and a relative to the Machakos governor, after the wedding he was going to have them employed by the county government. Earlier, it had been claimed he had been lying to college girls that he was going to have some employed by the county government while he was to facilitate others be given bursaries from Machakos county. Most affected are needy and desperate orphans from his Ikombe ward. An orphan female student at South Eastern Kenya University narrated how MCA allegedly asked her to go to his county office at Machakos only for him to ask her to accompany him to Nairobi but they ended up at a hotel in Mlolongo. The girl has never been awarded any bursary and the MCA stopped picking her calls!
Aware of Nganga’s act, pastors in Ikombe allegedly declined to officiate the wedding saying he has been drinking beer in Makutano bars accompanied by different women. In the end Nganga’s family and clan member Bishop Titus Masika who also Nganga’s neighbour came to his rescue.
