A TEACHER has been arrested for sexually assaulting six male students
and allegedly performing a sex act on one of them on video.
Nicole Dufault, 35, from Caldwell, New Jersey, was indicted on 40
counts of aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a
child.
Dufault, a single mother with two young sons, was arrested and charged last September by which time a sixth victim was identified.
She was released from custody in October on a $500,000 (£324,000) bail and will appear in court on March 6.
Dufault was a language arts teacher at Columbia high School for nine years.
Prosecutors said the mum is accused of engaging in the sexual activity with students on multiple occasions between 2013 and 2014.
Some of the alleged sex acts occurred on school property and inside her car.
