A governor from Nyanza is not taking
criticism lightly. He has not only silenced all MCAs and potential
whistle-blowers around him with bribes, but also hired former prisoners to
‘deal’ with his critics and opponents. He even went ahead and created a
department to accommodate his ‘army.’ The aim of creating this department is reportedly
to recruit his campaign team for the 2017 elections.
