When it rains it pours! A Cabinet Secretary who has been adversely mentioned as one of the corrupt government officials seems to know this better - judging by what has been happening to her lately. The CS's daughter had been supplying flowers to State House since the Jubilee government came into power. However, the tender was unceremoniously cancelled. One of the caretakers is said to have informed her that her flowers were no longer as fresh as before. The woman is said to have backdated debts ranging from months of unpaid rent at a leading shopping mall on Ngong' Road, as well as salaries owed to her employees. It is not yet clear who has been awarded the tender.
