Kalonzo remarks sent MP into a panic

Machakos Town MP Victor Munyaka is running helter-skelter as he frantically tries to undo the damage done by a remark made by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka recently. Speaking at Munyaka’s backyard of Muumandu in Kalama division, Kalonzo told residents that Munyaka’s political foe Urbanus Mutisya is his torchbearer in Mchakos Town constituency and asked voters to keep that in mind as 2017 approaches.
Turning his guns on Munyaka, Kalonzo who was addressing a gathering that had gone to the home of John Kang’aatu who is indisposed said that Munyaka has been hurling insults at him yet he went to parliament riding on the back of Kalonzo’s wave in Ukambani. Munyaka is from Chama cha Uzalendo party which is an affiliate of Cord coalition but started working with Jubilee once he was elected which has not gone down well with Cord.
Accompanied by Machakos women rep Susan Musyoka, Kalonzo had earlier passed by a harambee in which Mutisya was the chief guest. The harambee to raise funds for a hearse for Kyanzimbi Funeral Organisation raised Sh700,000 with Mutisya giving Sh100,000.
