The controversial corruption list
was Tuesday morning tabled in the Senate despite protests by a section of
leaders that it is improperly before Parliament.
According to the report, suspended
Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu is accused of allegedly attempting to
illegally acquire a parcel of land along Statehouse Crescent road among other
ills, Engineer Michael Kamau of Transport is accused of allegedly irregularly
awarding tenders while Felix Koskei of Agriculture is alleged to have secretly
allocated permits to some importers to bring in to the country sugar and also
rented government land in Tigoni among others.

is facing procurement questions.
Senator James Orengo’s problems are
related to land allocation during his tenure as Lands Minister in the Grand
Coalition government.
