The Tip party leader Kalembe Ndile blamed Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana for blocking his impeachment in a Machakos based High court.

Kibwana moved to court challenging impeachment process by his Makueni county assembly members  resultant of 35 votes that sent him home the matter in which is before the senate.
“Kibwana is in record for massive corruption and mismanagement of county resources and is the reason the county assembly voted him out, I don’t see the reason for going to courts, instead he should wait for the verdict if he believes innocent”, fumed Ndile.

The son of squatter further challenged the judicial system in the country for what he says is interfering with the work of legislature.
“Am disappointed with our courts and willy Mutunga should know this, keep away from parliament, senate and county assemblies decisions, otherwise you are killing devolution”, said kalembe.
He told off council of governor for resolving dissolution of the county government.
