HEADMISTRESS IN TROUBLE FOR STRIPPING STUDENT'S MINISKIRT

Kisumu county are planning to stage a demonstration against Naki Mixed Secondary School headmistress to protest against allegations that she humiliated a Form Four girl by stripping her naked in front of the entire school.

The incident is  the talk of the village even as authorities including the police and the local education officials refuse to record a statement from the traumatised girl and her parents.

According to the girl’s guardian, he was informed of the incident by one of the school’s teachers who narrated to him the ordeal over the phone before he rushed to the school only to confirm the same.
The drama started after the principal Rosemary Koile bumped onto the girl behind one of the classes and summoned her to her office.

While inside the office, the principal ostensibly angered by the size of the girl’s skirt angrily tore her clothes before ordering her to march out of the office to the giggling of colleagues.
The matter, according to our sources, is said to be currently being handled by Kisumu women representative Rose Nyamunga who has ordered for full investigation.

The principal declined to comment on the incident and efforts to reach her proved fruitless phone calls and text messages going unanswered.

The strange episode comes after a ministerial statement was  issued on the size of the skirt to be won by school girls after former Education minister the late Mutula Kilonzo controversially declared that school girls were allowed to put on miniskirts.
